Campus Travel and Virgin Australia have recently launched the 2017 Travel Grant Series, to recognise women who are working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. PhD students and researchers at any career stage may be eligible. The grant is intended to unearth Australian women who are excelling in these fields, and help them to 'connect their brilliance' with the support of the travel grant.

The successful applicant will receive $5000 to put towards airfares with Virgin Australia and $1000 from Campus Travel for accommodation.

Visit the Travel Grant website for more information and to apply. Applications close Friday 20 October 2017. The successful applicant will be notified by phone and email by Thursday 30 November 2017.
